I love to cook for family and friends. I follow the Carbohydrate Addict’s Diet. (It’s a real thing and I love it!) That means I eat very low-carb for 2 meals and then the third meal is a balanced version of whatever my inner fat kid wants.
Being a mom makes cooking harder. That’s why I plan and prep during nap time! It doesn’t always work, but we still usually eat pretty well.
